Terms and Conditions
Samples
If you require a sample, a £5 charge will be made for each place name in the colour, font and design of your choice.This charge will be deducted from any subsequent order. Up to 3 colour swatches can be requested free of charge.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required on the placement of any order with the outstanding 50% payable before the order is dispatched. Any orders made less than 6 weeks prior to the event will require payment in full on receipt of order. In the event of any cancellation the 50% deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is made after work has commenced we reserve the right to cover costs incurred by Liquid Blue Designs.
Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to Liquid Blue Designs).

Postage and Packing
Postage and packing costs will be given at the time of the quotation.
Delivery
Invitations will be sent to you on a pre-arranged date of your choice. Your main order will be dispatched to you two weeks before the event. The delivery of the goods will be via courier and will therefore require a signature on arrival.
Proofs
A full set of printed proofs will be forwarded to you for your approval. We require these to be checked and signed to confirm correct spelling and layout and returned to us in the self addressed envelope provided. Any alterations received after work has commenced will incur an additional charge. We will not begin on your order until the signed proof has been received.
Orders
Wording and correct spelling is your responsibility, therefore It is requested that all lists of names and subsequent wording are made in a typed form either by email or post.
Website Prices
Liquid Blue Designs reserve the right to change its prices at anytime without prior notice. However, any prices quoted to a client will not change.
Safety
Our illuminated range is not suitable for open air display. Our products are not suitable for children under 8 due to small parts.
Privacy
Liquid Blue Designs will not disclose personal information to any third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
